The company offers free, intensive training courses for talented people who are far from employment or located in vulnerable areas (young people with few or no qualifications, senior citizens, refugees, people with disabilities), as well as for people following a career path to perfect their technical skills. Mission:
- You put your learners into action by offering them the opportunity to carry out professional projects
- You organize frequent contacts with companies
- You make sure they know how to meet company requirements (compliance with frameworks, instructions, posture, etc.)
- You support them in showcasing their skills
- You ensure that training runs smoothly and that learners make good progress, working closely with the entire teaching team
- You prepare learners for exams in line with certification requirements.
- Participate in learner recruitment
- Ensure a pedagogical framework: assimilation of company codes, organization of training times, respect for inclusion values, with the pedagogical team
- Produce pedagogical content from templates available on our online tool
- Liaise with technical experts and other training participants
- Review the referential, provide experience feedback on the program
- Develop learners’ cross-disciplinary skills such as collaborative work, self-training, the ability to organize, evaluate and present their work, express themselves well and challenge themselves
- Planning the activities of its promotion and coordinating external interventions
- Support the pedagogical team in administrative procedures.
- Assess and monitor learning progress for each learner
- Propose corrections on projects completed by learners
- Identify and remedy individual learning difficulties
- Accompany learners in obtaining the targeted certification
Skills and experience:
- You are able to prepare them for the professional environment

- And above all, you’re keen to share your passion with complete beginners!
- You master SQL
- You are familiar with versioning with Git
- You are proficient in Python or R
- You know how to develop simple solutions for the web (interfaces, simple applications, data visualization, dashboards…)
- You have mastered the design and creation of relational and non-relational databases.
- You have experience of managing the lifecycle of an artificial intelligence model in production: testing, monitoring, versioning, retraining, feedback loop….
- You are proficient in one or more machine learning / AI libraries or frameworks, for example: Scikit-learn, Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch, Caffe…
