The company offers free, intensive training courses for talented people who are far from employment or located in vulnerable areas (young people with few or no qualifications, senior citizens, refugees, people with disabilities), as well as for people following a career path to perfect their technical skills. The company employs over 230 people from all walks of life, and is looking forward to hearing from you!
Mission:
- Participate in the trainer recruitment process.
- Ensure the smooth integration of trainers.
- Support training teams on technical, pedagogical and quality aspects, as well as on training audit assignments (own or partner) in liaison with the Quality & CSR department.
- Provide support for business development: pitch active teaching methods, present training offre, adjust training programs.
- Participate in the organization of professional titles and certifications.
- Participate in learner recruitment Prepare and run training courses
- Coordinate other trainers and instructors
- Liaise with the company on work-study programs
- Ensure the availability of pedagogical IT equipment required for the smooth running of the promos, in liaison with the national IS department.

A bachelor’s degree (bac+ 3/4) in systems and networks and at least 3 years’ professional experience in the infra sector. A strong desire to share!
