As part of the Edwin Miller HR team and working closely with the HR Managers, you will contribute to the overall recruitment process. As a member of one of our HR project teams, you will independently take charge of a highly demanding consultancy assignment.

In particular, you will be working on RPO projects in various business sectors:

  • Audit of recruitment needs with the customer
  • Drafting of job advertisements
  • Management of job boards and social networks
  • Co-optation follow-up
  • Implementation of a sourcing strategy
  • Pre-qualification by telephone
  • Taking references
  • Pre-qualification via visio Teams, Meet etc.
  • Distribution of a list of potential candidates to the customer via Monday
  • Validation of soft skills via physical interview
  • Brainstorming with operational staff for technical aspects
  • Test validation
  • Follow-up of recruitment process between client and candidate
  • Follow-up of international recruitment process
  • KPI monitoring
  • Meeting preparation
  • Coordination with recruitment agencies
  • Onboarding
  • Liaise with Marketing and Communication
  • Participation in cross-functional HR missions
  • Participation in specific actions 

Your ideas, your HR intelligence and your new HR/Recruitment communication methods will help us to increase our reputation and that of your RPO projects. Graduated from a Master 2 in Human Resources, a Business School or equivalent, you have a first significant experience in recruitment.

Dynamic and proactive, you have excellent persuasion and interpersonal skills. You have excellent writing skills, and a good ability to analyze and summarize. Creative and proactive, you have a sense of service and results. You enjoy taking on challenges.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
